MBSK-SV services specializes in working with experiencers of sexual violence using a 12-session model; engaging in weekly or biweekly to address the barriers that may hinder success and celebrate accomplishments as we work together on your individualized vision plan.
We will do this through education, including :
- Sexual Violence dynamics and trauma
- It’s not your fault.
- There’s not one path to healing.
- Consent and boundary-setting.
- Reclaiming your body and space
- Loving on yourself
- Choosing whether to share your story with your loved ones.
- Understanding the impact of your experience on relationships
We also offer Supportive Services; services can include but are not limited to:
- financial assistance,
- relocation assistance
- rental assistance
- utility assistance,
- healing activities,
- mentorship,
- Strength to Success (S2S) formally economic empowerment program
- and many others are tailored to your situation and vision plan.
Supportive Services are dependent on funding availability and engagement within the program. other terms may apply.
