Adult & Youth Program Advocate

The Adult & Youth Program Advocate is responsible is for working to assess the needs of all clients providing case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and safety planning for families in a direction of increased economic and social self-sufficiency by assisting in developing a service plan, set goals, monitor the progress of goals, and coordinate needed support services with other service providers.

Community Relations Coordinator

The Community Relations/Communications Coordinator will be responsible for executing a wide range of communication tasks to support larger organizational goals as identified through our organizational strategic plan and contractual obligations. You will provide administrative, planning and content development support to the outreach/communication team across campaign, event, and partnership engagement functions.

Employment and Training Specialist

Under general supervision, to interview, assess and counsel eligible applicants; to develop individualized employability plans; to solicit employment and work training opportunities for clients from prospective employers; to refer clients for employment, classroom, on-the-job training; and to do other work as required.

Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager will support the culture of a community-based, client-centered, and trauma-responsive organization. The position will focus on supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness and will assist with housing assessments, connect people to emergency shelter in hotels or in KBFLC’s emergency housing program and provide supportive case management to those living in emergency shelter or permanent supportive housing.
