KBFLC employees are eligible for up to 12% of their total salary to be used for either health insurance coverage OR a deposit into a retirement account. Benefits also include:
Paid Time Off (PTO) which begins accruing at a rate of 14 hours per month. 13 paid holidays per year which includes most federally recognized holidays. 8% Verizon Wireless Discount, FAMLI (Family & Medical Leave Insurance).

20% reduced tuition rate to employee, employee dependent/spouse, who participates in online or in-seat undergraduate courses at Colorado Christian University in the College of Adult and Graduate Studies.

Adult & Youth Program Advocate

SALARY: $40,000-$43,500

The Adult & Youth Program Advocate is responsible for working to assess the needs of all guests providing case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and safety planning for families in a direction of increased economic and social self-sufficiency by assisting in developing a service plan, setting goals, monitor the progress of goals and coordinating needed support services with other service providers.

Program Coordinator

SALARY: $46,000

The Program Coordinator is responsible for guest and program support. The program coordinator will manage tasks such as handing out forms, answering calls, crisis intervention, overseeing the intake and exit processes of guests we serve, writing reports, and dealing with queries as well as complaints. Incumbent uses knowledge of the mission, functions, and organizations to perform day-to-day administrative requirements. All responsibilities are conducted consistently with the Kingdom Builder’s Family Life Center’s mission and philosophy of care.
