Adult & Youth Program Advocate

The Adult & Youth Program Advocate is responsible is for working to assess the needs of all clients providing case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and safety planning for families in a direction of increased economic and social self-sufficiency by assisting in developing a service plan, set goals, monitor the progress of goals, and coordinate needed support services with other service providers.

Employment and Training Specialist

Under general supervision, to interview, assess and counsel eligible applicants; to develop individualized employability plans; to solicit employment and work training opportunities for clients from prospective employers; to refer clients for employment, classroom, on-the-job training; and to do other work as required.

Program Support Assistant

This position performs a wide variety of administrative and program support under general supervision. Incumbent receives assignments along with instructions as to objectives, priorities, and limitations. Incumbent uses knowledge of the mission, functions, and organizations to perform day-to-day administrative and clerical requirements as well as program support.

Housing Services Coordinator

The Housing Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing supervision of the housing program guest both on-site and at off-site activities, case management, group facilitation, assessments, crisis phone counseling, guest data collection, documentation, file maintenance, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring that the program is facilitated in a manner that meets KBFLC’s Housing Services Coordinator will work with guest at either the safehouse or any of our other housing programs.
